When is Personal Information collected online?
Applications: When you apply for either a deposit account or a loan, or when you enroll in NetTeller, you will be asked for Personal Information in order to process your application. This information may be retained by the bank and its business partners who help provide you with the requested product or service.

Netteller: When you bank online with Country Bank, Country Bank and our business partner who helps us deliver these services to you will have access to your business information. This information is retained on either Country Bank's or our partners systems in order to provide you with the services you have requested.

E-Mail: When you send us an e-mail, we will retain the content of your email, your e-mail address, and our response in order to handle any follow-up questions that you may have. We may occasionally contact you by e-mail if we believe a particular Country Bank account or service may be of interest to you.

Promotions and Surveys: From time to time we may conduct surveys and promotions for the purpose of website and product development. This information will be used for internal marketing purposes.

Do you sell Personal Information transmitted online to people outside of Country Bank?
Country Bank will not sell Personal Information to a third party for the purpose of solicitation or provide Personal Information to a third party for its own, independent use. We may, however, share Personal Information with our business partners in order to deliver products and services which you have requested and in order to communicate with you about Country Bank, its products and its services.

Can I be taken off any solicitation lists?

Can I check my Personal Information to see if it is correct?
If you have any reason to believe that your Personal Information retained at Country Bank is incorrect, please call us at (212)818-9090. We will investigate the problem and, if appropriate, update the banks records.
